My passion for healthcare began at a young age, inspired by my mother, who worked as a Charge Nurse at Kaiser Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care shaped my values and guided my path into the healthcare field.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University and began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, in-home care, and hospice. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional needs of those requiring care. As my career progressed, I expanded into leadership, serving as a supervisor for an in-home care agency, where I developed strong skills in care coordination, staff support, and ensuring quality standards.

After more than 10 years in healthcare, I founded Laurel Ridge Senior Living with the vision of creating a true home environment—one that provides personalized, compassionate, and high-quality care. My goal is to ensure each resident feels safe, respected, and supported, while maintaining their independence and quality of life in a warm and welcoming setting.
